Office Timings
1) For management of all levels the timings will be :
10am – 6 pm
All are provided the relax of 15 min.
If any one comes late i.e. after 10.15am regularly for 3 days their will be marked an absent.
Breaks And Lunch Time
All of us will have a 30min lunch break during the time period of 1.00pm – 2.00pm. People chatting for long time at dining table will not be acceptable.
Leave Policy
This leave policy is applicable for whole staff at all levels other than the call centre employees in the company.
In effect from 1st July 2010
Leaves are to be categorized in following ways:
1-Sundays - 4 Sundays in a month,
2-Saturdays- 2 alternate Saturdays in a month, i.e 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month.
3-Casual leave – Total 7 in a year
4-Earn Leave- Total 15 in a year
5-Festival holidays-10 festival holidays in a year.
6-Paid Time Off : any leave other than these will be paid leaves.
1) Sundays- All the Sundays will be off. In any case if the individual employee comes on Sunday will not be consider the over time and he will not be paid for that neither he can get the leave some other day of the working days.
2) Casual leave- An individual will have 7CL’s in a year. He/she can take that leave all of a sudden but he/she has to inform the authority about his/her absence. In case a person does not inform any one in the office and takes a leave that will be considered the absence of the candidate and in that case his/her salary will be deducted as a penalty.
Employees can take this leave in following ways;
Clause (a):- The individual have to earn the casual leaves. He/she can take the leave only after working in that month. He/she cannot take the leave in advanced of the coming month. If a person take leaves more than 1 day in a month all will be paid other than the 1day casual leave.
Clause (b1):- All managers, executives and other junior staff can maximum take only 3casual leaves together, but first he have to earn them, for example an individual works for January, February and no casual leave in these two months, so in the month of march he can take 3casual leaves which includes 2casual leaves of Jan and Feb.
The process can be repeated for next 3months.
New joining will only get the CL’s by rate of 0ne in a month and together maximum 3, only after earning them. Cl’s in advance will not be approved.
Clause (c):- Casual leaves cannot be carry forward to the next year.
3) Earn Leave (EL) - Earn leaves are those leave which an employee can take to complete his social responsibilities or for a break from the work.
Total earn leaves are 15 in a year so it will be 1.25 in a month and similarly 2.5 in two months. Earn leaves have following clause.
Clause (a):- New hirings cannot take earn leaves for first six months (probation period). On the seventh month they can claim for earn leave only.
Clause (b):- Employee first have to earn the earn leaves than only he can claim for that. For Example if an individual asks for EL of 5days on the month of march (the 3rd month of the year) will not be accepted. Because he/she had only earned the 3.75days leave till March. But in April they can claim for that.
Clause (c1):- Earn leaves will be granted minimum 1day in a month and maximum 10 only after earning them.
Clause (d): Individual has to give a written application a day before to consume the minimum EL’s i.e. 1-2 only. But to consume 3EL’s or more than this individual has to serve an application with appropriate reason to his/her reporting officer & cc to the HR department. The Application should be given 15 days in advance. Otherwise it will be rejected.
Clause (e):- At a time more than 10 days EL will not be approved, But for special occasions like marriage of the individual the limit can be extended upto total 15days if had not consumed the single leave( 15 El’s only in case when the leaves applied at end of the year not in advance.)
Clause (f): Earn leaves neither carry forwarded to the next year nor paid at end of the year.
Clause (g):- El’s will not be paid in case of resign.
Clause (h): Any kind of remaining leave will not be adjusted in notice period.
Festival Holidays:-
Following will be the holidays given for national festivals:
1-New Year 1st Jan
2-Republic day 26th Jan
3-Holi
4-Durga Pooja
5-Independence day 15Aug
6-Rakhi
7-Dusshera
8-Diwali
9- Id-ul-fitar
10-Christmas day
Any kind of leave is to be approved by the reporting officer of every individual at all levels, the process will be through proper mailing and the HR should be in loop. In case any one did not get approval from his senior and takes the leave that will be taken as uninformed leaves and repeatedly uninformed leaves will considered against code of conduct and some serious actions will taken against that.

Rules are also an important part of good business management. If we clearly state the rules of our workplace in writing and make sure they’re understood by everyone on our team, we will greatly reduce the chance for disputes or disagreements
Out side Electronic Items
Entry of out side or personal electronic in company is restricted except mobile phones. These are the items: Pan Drives, hard disk, Laptop, or any other electronic item. If any of these is required for official use than it is mandatory to get approval from the CEO of the company. If any one is found using any item without permission inside the premises, company will take necessary action against him.
Separation Procedure
Separation is an important process in any organization. People can leave organization due to any of the below mentioned reason .The terms and conditions of all the kind of separation are mentioned below.
During his/her notice period he/she will handover their work and responsibilities to the assigned person.
15 days notice period is mandatory for all at all levels in absence of this company have the rights either to deduct the 15 days salary of that individual or can put the salary on hold.
- Downsizing
- Position elimination
- Not performing up to the mark
In either of the case the employee should be informed by the Hr in proper way.
The employee should be given the time of 15 days notice period. During these 15days the employee should be treated equally and should be paid for these 15 days.
In any case of leaving the organization the CL’s and EL’s of that month will be cancelled.
